You stick your left foot in and you shake it all about. This felt like a good idea to do this but the wind was always a nuisance.

E: The other three photos in the series were deleted since they were placeholders for the animated gif, which you can see here: http://blog.seangursky.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Akuryeri-Dalvik-Map-Problem1.gif.

Oh great, a volcano will go off, the heat will activate the eggs and now there will be 34 little dragons flying around Iceland. It will just become an even stranger place alongside trolls, grumpkins and snarks.

Dental jokes aside, if you did go to Selfoss it would be a several hour round trip so you didn't want to walk the wrong way through the barely marked path.

Yes! The entire season of Game of Thrones could really be filmed in Iceland but I totally see Davos wasting away on these rocks and never knowing if rescue was coming.

I appreciate the fact that you noticed which hand I was using for these self portraits.

You better believe I did, in this photo was #4 and #5; but #1 in my heart.

You could get right to that steam vent coming out, and the water there was not only deeper (chest high) but the warmest in the whole lagoon.

You got it, sulphur. It was a foul smell, but the steam was warm so you were drawn to it, but then you're breath it in and you would feel your face turn inside out.

Some pouty faces were genuine, but it's hard to be upset when you're in a beautiful country and have more time to explore something. Jenna took inspiration for this "sad photo in front of something amazing" photo from a friend.

I thought of you when I saw this photo and I may have to take you up on this advice.
