Just like my files...hair today but gone tomorrow.

And yeah, that hair is bothersome.

At first it didn't bother me, but the more I stare at that hair in the photo, the more it's just a photo of the hair and nothing else matters.

That's what I love about these retro games, man. I get older, they stay the same age.

Brett easily loaded games on to the SNES Classic, looked the same as on the Xbox emulators but on a bite sized console.

Pizza got an upgrade too, instead of Little Caesars it was Nitza's.

And a week later there is still no response. If this was my real life I'd be crushed right now. Maybe they knew I took the machine offline or interfered in some way and realize this isn't a valid request.

Moo indeed. I guess the decision looked good from a Real Estate perspective and trying to reduce costs. Why rent out two floors that are partially used when one floor could suffice?

There's a lot of usability problems with this layout too. If it is ever half full the place will be a disaster. Even a few people can create a lot of noise.

There is no absorption so a few conversations can be heard from one side to the other.

The standing desks face each other so you will be eye to eye if you are situated opposite someone. The standing desks should be interspersed around the stations, but...naw, they are all on the 'end' by the hallway so people feel forced to greet you or make eye contact.

This would have been HELLA disappointing if you didn't have backups.

The PC was completely wrecked - all applications, text files, etc. were unusable and if it wasn't such an unimportant machine it would have been a huge setback.

I didn't consider the backups being impacted! Thankfully I lapsed on doing a backup in November so they were from October and not at risk and easily replaced all the media. For safe measures I had a second backup disk too because now that I was reliant on it one time having it fail at another would be bad news.

It could be worse, they could have used Papyrus or Comic Sans. Thankfully they put more effort in to their food than their logo.
