Through Stains and Muck - I ordered Fernie ski tickets from AirMiles and the outside of the envelope was heavily stained and soiled. I expected the contents to be ruined, but thankfully the ski tickets were clean and in one piece. Now to keep them in a safe place until the ski trip next year...
