My brain wasn't firing on all cylinders because I was able to make out shapes and possibly letters in the arrangement of the spinach in this quiche I pulled out of the freezer. After a few seconds spent processing what I was looking at I realized I had written the cooking temp and time on the outside of the quiche and the shapes I saw were actual words I wrote only a week back.
