A letter I mailed two months ago had some bitter remarks for getting something to Calgary ASAP over the Christmas holidays. I didn't expect the letter to be opened with all at our chalet present, especially Brett. It was awkward, embarrassing and hilarious, and got things rolling for the next few days.
