Missing Piece - November 2013 I noticed the rubber cap for my USB thumb drive went missing. Knowing Kara ran away with it we searched the entire house but couldn't recover it. Days later we went to Dominican Republic fearing she would obstruct on this piece of rubber. 13 months later it happened. We don't know if she stashed the cap all this time to consume later or if it's been in her belly this whole time, but it's out now and the mystery of the missing piece comes to an end.

- Monday 15 December 2014 14:46Looking at the far right column, I can make out $1,915.80 in charges before it gets too blurry to read. But then about 3 lines later there's *clearly* another 3 digit number. And then if I'm not mistaken another about 6 lines down from that.
If nothing else, there's the silver lining that you're getting the moneys worth out of your insurance?
Oh, that and you got your cap back! Yay! -
- Monday 15 December 2014 15:54A silver lining indeed! Before this weekend we had received more back from the insurance company than we had put in to it, and they're about to pay out again.
As for the cap...yeeeeah, I lived without it for a year so I think I will throw it out. Keeping it around would tempt Kara and she's proven unreliable with items like this around the house.
