Otago Peninsula - We walked along this beautiful beach on the Otago Peninsula known as Sandfly Bay. Instead of seeing annoying sandflies we encountered a dozen seals laying on the beach on our way to the penguin viewing hut. Sadly, it was too early for the penguins or we didn't look in the right spot, but this 40 minute one way walk left us without a vision of happy feet.
