Make Work Problem - Some paid contractor put the water line where they shouldn't, and then the foundation, backfill and everything else was placed on top of it. Our Habitat for Humanity mission for today was to try and dig out the water line to bring it in to the house. We made a lot of mess but couldn't unearth the line.
