Ice Cream Sandwich - I was happy with the version of Gingerbread on my Galaxy S II X, but when I heard Ice Cream Sandwich was being released in the middle of June I got even more excited. The firmware upgrade showed up early and I'll use that until a solid ROM alternative (AOKP, CM9) comes along.
