Moving Out - Neighbours opposite us said they would move out when their kids left the house and the wife retired. All of that happened in the last four months so they began preparing to sell their house. It was officially posted to MLS on Monday and offered the same day but the paperwork wasn't final until Wednesday. Either way, their house sold fast and in July we will have new neighbours.
