Home Practice - I wanted to play winter hockey to avoid getting rusty in the "off season". Playing a game a week will be helpful but to work on areas of my game I decided to do some at home training. I picked up a Green Biscuit to practice stick handling and even in the limited space of the furnace room it seems to work, the next step will be to put down hard plastic to improve the rudimentary area further.
