Busy Work - The lot in Lac la Biche is tricky. You want to be productive while you're up there but also realize that what you do is futile. We cut the grass, removed some bushes, levelled out a gravel pile and distributed it along the garage and covered up weeds...but it's all temporary. Weeds will come through, trees will grow and bushes will continue to grow unchecked. For the few times we come up here at least we like the improvements we make, even if it is a little like 'lipstick on a pig'.
