Nesting Nails - I finally had a big toe nail fall off today (on the right foot). Unfortunately there was another bruised nail underneath it. Over a year has elapsed since my last nail fell off so it's not surprising I had a nail within a nail that was bruised after the hiking and skiing the feet have suffered through.
