Feeding the Addiction - Over Christmas "Making a Murderer" gained a lot of publicity and we are easing ourselves in to it this weekend. After a busy day of house work it was nice to watch a few episodes and be a pretend lawyer for a few hours.

The story telling was incredible and it delivered the plot at a good enough pace to not lose the viewer, kept the family members in check so they were familiar and they revealed enough new items in each episode that you craved for more.
This was what every cop/murder show should be like. The history, the twists and the passion it makes you feel. Then I realized it was a true story and that all of this was over the death of an innocent person makes you feel ashamed to have enjoyed it and then you get upset again.
You're missing out on great story telling, but you WILL be upset and angry throughout it, no matter which side of the fence you're on. So a less jaded Gord is probably better, but if you feel that everyone is honest and good guys always win, then watch this to come down a few notches.
