Checked into our accommodation in Field (BC), changed clothes and headed down the highway to do the Emerald Lake Loop. Emerald Lake is stunningly beautiful and is definitely an attraction based on how full the parking lot and road leading to the lot were. This was a simple walk around the lake and got us into our Yoho/Kootenay National Park vibe for this week.
