There hasn't been any progress on the downstairs bathroom in the last few weeks but I am scheduling trades and site visits so wanted to get back and finish things up. After work I removed the toilet and vanity and this evening spent a pretty gruelling hour breaking up the floor tile. The flat edged blade on the reciprocating saw didn't help much and the best method was smashing each tile in to tiny pieces before moving on to the next. The bathroom is empty, demo is complete and now the rebuild can happen.
