The Matthew Good fan community delivered a gem today. I was invited to a very select group to participate in a listening party with producer and mixer John Shepp. John mixed the majority of the first MGB record, played five songs that were cut from the album and then another eight from a full album that were recorded with Matt's earlier band. This "Lost Album" has been in John's vault since the 90's and only heard by a few people outside of the band or management in that time. In between songs there was time for discussion and over the course of three hours we all realized we were participating in something very special and sacred.
