Every batch of cookies (short bread, gingersnaps) we tried today was a failure. We thought it was incorrect butter portions or the wrong temperature but it turned out the fat content in the Dairyland wasn't what we were used to. We bought new butter on Sunday and redid the gingersnaps to great success.
